The LIGHT Group holds an annual event to honor exceptional employees by awarding bonuses and the opportunity to travel abroad. In 2024, 15 lucky employees were chosen to embark on a trip to Bangkok, Thailand from May 17-21 as a reward for their outstanding performance.
Previous destinations for this prestigious award included Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, and Turkey. Furthermore, five employees were pleasantly surprised with an Umrah trip as an additional reward.
Employees who were not selected for the overseas trip were still recognized for their hard work and dedication with a bonus of IDR 3,000,000. The theme for the 2023 annual award was “Leap and Jump,” which inspired each division to establish specific targets and performance standards aligning with this theme.
It’s important to note that only employees with more than one year of tenure at the time of assessment were eligible for consideration.
As the next travel destination for the annual reward has been revealed, employees are fervently working to meet their performance targets in the hope of securing a chance to win a lottery for an overseas trip to China.
