As a form of appreciation for employee dedication and contribution, LIGHT Group organizes a reward program for outstanding employees. This program is part of the corporate culture that values hard work, collaboration, and commitment to providing the best service.
In 2025, a total of 31 outstanding employees had the opportunity to participate in a reward trip to China from June 7–11, 2025. This program is one of the highest forms of recognition given by the company to individuals who successfully demonstrated top performance during the assessment period.
The tradition of granting this reward trip has become a regular agenda for LIGHT Group. Previously, the company has invited its best employees to visit various international destinations, such as Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Turkey. Each trip serves not only as a recreational moment but also as a means to strengthen relationships among employees and build the spirit to continue growing together with the company.
This year, the reward program is aligned with the corporate annual theme, “From Achieving Greatness to Shaping The Tide.” This theme reflects LIGHT Group’s new spirit in facing industry dynamics and challenges. For LIGHT Group, challenges are likened to waves that do not need to be avoided, but rather shaped and utilized as a strength to keep moving forward. Through perseverance, innovation, and collaboration, every individual is encouraged to not only achieve success but also become part of the change that brings a positive impact to the company and society.
This philosophy is then translated into targets and performance standards in each division. With an objective and measurable evaluation system, every employee has an equal opportunity to earn this award. Meanwhile, the annual reward program is intended for employees who have a length of service of more than five years at the time the evaluation process is conducted.
In addition to the overseas reward trip, LIGHT Group also provides various other forms of appreciation to outstanding employees who have not yet had the opportunity to join the trip.
