Jakarta, February 20 2026 – The LIGHTweight Challenge (LWC) 2025, a weight loss competition initiated by LIGHThouse Clinic since 2014, has reached its final results. The journey of the 22 LWC 2025 participants since October 2025 has now come to an end. Three participants emerged as winners of this competition with a weight loss percentage of between 18% and 23% of their initial body weight over 12 weeks.
Most people attempt to lose weight on their own without knowledge of nutrition, including Feybe Arsella Manoppo, 32, a mother and employee, who successfully lost more than 14 kg or 23% of her body weight, as well as 17 cm from her waistline after participating in LWC 2025 at LIGHThouse Clinic.
“I experienced a drastic weight gain after giving birth in 2024. After my weight increased drastically, my thighs, arms, and waist size also increased, which made me feel insecure. I had tried various methods to lose weight along with exercise, but none worked. When I underwent the diet program with LIGHThouse, I felt I had found the right place to guide me through the weight loss program that had previously felt impossible,” Feybe shared.
After participating in LWC 2025, Feybe followed a diet plan and underwent treatment at LIGHThouse Clinic for 12 weeks. As a result, she not only successfully lost weight, but also gained a better understanding of nutrition, was able to choose a healthier lifestyle, and started good habits related to eating that she had not been aware of before.
Participants of the LWC have experienced the same structured approach offered to LIGHThouse patients facing similar challenges. Through the 12-week LW12 (LIGHTweight 12 Weeks) program, patients receive comprehensive guidance from doctors, nutritionists, and psychologists, complemented by personalized supplements formulated to regulate appetite and support fat metabolism according to individual requirements. The program is designed not only to achieve optimal weight reduction, but also to instill sustainable lifestyle habits that enable long-term weight maintenance.
Chief Marketing Officer of LIGHT Group, Anna Yesito Wibowo, said, “As a pioneer weight control center that has been operating for 22 years, many patients come to LIGHThouse Clinic with various problems they face. As time goes on, the challenges faced by dieters have become more diverse, so it’s not just internal factors that matter, but external factors are equally important—factors beyond our control, such as our surroundings and how deeply we understand nutrition, which is widely accessible on social media. At LIGHThouse, we understand all these challenges and are always ready to assist patients on their weight loss journey, with the aim of helping them develop a new mindset and long-term healthy habits.”

Another LWC participant, Herfiena Oshita, 37, successfully lost 16 kg, with a weight loss percentage of more than 19%. “I had a habit of overeating when I was under high stress, which caused my weight to increase to 103 kg. Since then, I found it difficult to do my daily activities, my mobility was impaired, and my menstrual cycle was irregular. After undergoing the diet program at LIGHThouse Clinic and successfully losing weight, this change has been drastic for me, and I’m proud of this achievement,” said Herfiena.
“Following the coaching from the Nutritionist at LIGHThouse Clinic gave me a good understanding of food nutrition, which is a valuable asset as Ramadan approaches. In the past, during Ramadan, I would overeat, but now I have a better understanding of which foods are better to consume,” she added.
With the conclusion of the LWC 2025 program ahead of Ramadan, participants are now entering a crucial phase in maintaining their weight loss results. Changes in eating patterns during fasting often pose challenges, especially during iftar and Eid al-Fitr. Therefore, LIGHThouse Clinic is sharing simple guidelines to help you maintain a healthy diet, as follows:
- At dawn, consume foods that are high in protein and broth.
- When breaking the fast, avoid fried foods and fatty foods.
- If you suffer from GERD, avoid spicy foods, acidic foods, alcohol, and foods that produce gas.
Veronica, Nutrition Program Manager at LIGHThouse Clinic, emphasizes, “Weight loss isn’t due to fasting for one day, but rather a consistent calorie deficit. Ramadan is a time to build a more controlled eating pattern.”
LIGHThouse Clinic is currently available in Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Medan, and Makassar, offering weight management services with nutritional and psychological support to help patients achieve optimal results.
